My own experience has shown me that suppressed feelings and non-lived sexuality can lead to illness. Since I decided to go ‘Tantric‘, throwing aside social taboos and conditioning, I feel much more fulfilled, richer, lighter, more relaxed and generally a lot happier. In short, I find am discovering my real self more and more.
